Lovely walk amongst the gardens and just outside the entrance enjoy early morning walks among the locals taking their daily hike. Just up the hill from IVAC is located the famous Chamundi Mother Divine Temple where you will see locals ascending and descending the 1000 steps as part of their daily exercise routine at dawn.
